  • I just sign up for my free provider ad and have not yet received my email account information?

  • If you do not receive an email confirmation letter within a hour of your registration, please check your "Junk E-Mail" or "Bulk" folder if you are a Hotmail, Yahoo, or AOL member. If you do not still find it, please contact CustomerCare.

  • How do I purchase a provider Sponsor Listing?

  • Log into your myEpicDreams and select "Buy Sponsor Listing". Then select the BUY SPONSOR LISTING button or text link next to your desired city. You will then be directed to an CCBill form page to complete your payment information. Once approved, your selected sponsor listing will automatically appear in the choosen city.

    We will notify you if your credit card was declined by CCBill so you can make a re-purchase again. This sometimes occur due to the following:
  • wrong billing address
  • bank is busy
  • bank decline
  • How do I purchase a Banner Listing that appears on the right side of every EpicDreams page?

  • Log into your myEpicDreams and select "Buy Banner". Complete the form. Once completed, uou will then be directed to an CCBill form page to complete your payment information. Once approved, your banner will appear on the right side of every page within 24 hours.

    We will notify you if your credit card was declined by CCBill so you can make a re-purchase again. This sometimes occur due to the following:

  • How do I cancel my Sponsor/Banner Listing?

  • Go to: https://support.ccbill.com. You will need the following pieces of information:
  • Email
  • Credit Card #
  • Subscription ID

  • How do I become a member?

  • I just signed up as a member and I can't log in?

  • When I select a provider ad, nothing happens? I can not view the provider's information.
